1 coaching session + 1 learning + 1 follow up session

3 coaching sessions + 2 learnings + 1 follow up session
· Package 3: Confirming leadership
5 coaching sessions + 3 learnings + 1 follow up session
· Package 4: Mastering leadership
6+ coaching sessions + 5 learnings + 2 follow up sessions
